Shipping Policy
Every order from Custom Box Inserts is custom and made to order. Because we don’t hold finished inserts in stock, we produce your foam or cardboard inserts only after you approve your design proof. That production step drives the shipping timeline described below.
Production comes before shipping
Production typically runs 7–10 business days after your proof is approved. Only once your order is produced does it move to packing and hand-off to a carrier. Your estimated delivery window is therefore the production time plus transit time, and both can vary by order.
Estimated timelines
Any timelines we share are estimates. Transit time depends on the size and weight of your order, your destination, and the service level selected. We do our best to communicate a realistic window for each order, but we do not guarantee a specific delivery date or a fixed number of days in transit.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are quoted per order. Pricing varies by quantity, insert dimensions and weight, and the shipping destination. We include the shipping estimate with your quote or order confirmation so there are no surprises. Because each order is different, we don’t publish flat-rate shipping.
Rush options
If you’re working against a deadline, ask us about rush production and expedited shipping. Rush availability varies by order, current production load, and destination. When rush service is available, we’ll confirm the estimated timeline and any additional cost before you commit.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we provide tracking so you can follow it to your door. If anything looks delayed in transit, reach out and we’ll help track it down with the carrier.
