Every insert we produce is custom-made to your approved specifications and artwork or CAD. Because these items are manufactured uniquely for your product and your box, they cannot be resold or restocked.

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom-made inserts. Once you approve your proof and production begins, the order is committed to your exact specifications.

Our production guarantee

We stand behind how your order is made. If an order arrives defective, or does not match the proof you approved, we will remake and replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee — our commitment to build exactly what you signed off on — not a return, refund, or exchange.

To make a claim, contact us promptly after your order arrives and share photos of the issue along with your order details. We’ll review it against your approved proof and, where the items are defective or off-proof, remake the affected pieces.

Why the free proof step matters

Before we produce anything, we send you a free design proof to review. This proof-approval step exists so you can confirm dimensions, materials, layout, and artwork and sign off before production starts. Because you approve the design in advance, you know exactly what you’re getting — and it’s why we can confidently make every order to your specifications with all sales final.
