Corrugated Cardboard Partitions
Interlocking grid dividers that give every bottle, jar, or glass its own cell, so nothing touches its neighbor in the box.
We die-cut slotted corrugated strips that assemble into a grid sized to your container and carton. Each cell isolates one item, absorbing glass-on-glass contact and keeping the pack tight through handling. Fully recyclable, available in E, B, C, and double-wall flute, and cut to ±0.5 mm so the grid drops in and stays square.

Overview
A cell for every bottle, and nothing recyclable left behind
Corrugated cardboard partitions are the simplest reliable way to ship things that break when they touch each other. The insert is a grid of slotted corrugated strips that interlock at right angles, dividing a carton into a matrix of cells. Each container stands in its own cell, separated from its neighbors and from the box wall by a wall of fiberboard. When the pack is dropped or jostled, the partitions absorb the contact and keep the bottles from clinking, chipping, or cracking. It is a design that has protected glass for over a century, and it remains the standard for beverages, sauces, cosmetics, and lab glass because it works and it recycles cleanly with the rest of the carton.
Why it beats the commodity version
Loose paper, air pillows, and generic dividers all try to fill the void, but they let containers migrate and touch. A fitted partition grid does the opposite: it fixes the geometry of the pack. Every cell is sized to the container so the fit is snug, which stops shifting and keeps the load stable on a pallet. Because the grid is engineered to your exact bottle and carton, you use only the board you need, and the whole insert goes into curbside recycling with the box. For brands under pressure to cut plastic, that single-material, fully recyclable construction is often the deciding factor over foam or molded-pulp alternatives.
Fabrication and durability
We die-cut the strips with matching slots so they assemble without tape or glue, then hold the cut to ±0.5 mm so the grid stays square and drops into the carton without fighting. Flute selection is where durability is set. E-flute is thin and rigid for light retail glass, B-flute adds crush resistance for standard bottles, C-flute gives more cushioning height, and double-wall handles heavy multipacks and taller drop heights. Board grade and flute together determine how much stacking load the pack can carry, so we spec them against your container weight and how high the case will be stacked in a warehouse or on a truck.
Typical order scenarios
A craft distillery orders a twelve-cell double-wall grid for 750 ml bottles that survives palletized freight. A cosmetics brand runs printed E-flute partitions for a glass serum line so the divider doubles as branding inside the shipper. A lab-supply company kits vials into a high-count grid with top and bottom pads for cushioned, countable packs. Whether you need twenty-five grids for a small batch or tens of thousands for a production line, partitions ship flat and knocked down to save freight and warehouse space, and unit cost drops sharply at volume. Send your container dimensions and carton size and we will cut a proof, usually within one business day.
Best Fit
Who this insert suits
Bottles that arrive intact
Double-wall grids isolate every bottle so glass-on-glass contact never becomes a chip or a crack in transit.
Glass jars, branded and safe
Printable partitions separate serum and cream containers while reinforcing the brand inside the shipper.
Vials counted and cushioned
High-count grids keep vials upright and separated for clean, easy-to-verify sample and specimen packs.
